What’s your best tip for executive resilience and energy?

Short Answer:
Build micro-rituals that reconnect you to purpose, clarity, and progress—even when the pressure is high.

Full Answer:
Resilience isn’t about pushing through—it’s about returning to self. In my work with senior leaders, I often introduce what I call the Energy Reset Loop:

  1. Pause – a short daily practice (breath, gratitude, reflection)
  2. Prioritize – align 1–2 key actions to your top objective
  3. Protect – set one boundary around your time or attention
  4. Progress – track micro-wins to stay fuelled and focused

I also encourage leaders to build emotional recovery rituals—what grounds you spiritually, mentally, and physically—especially during regional or organizational volatility.
