Short Answer:
You’ll know it’s time to pause or pivot when the insights stop landing, your growth stabilizes, or your goals evolve.

Full Answer:
Like all powerful tools, coaching has a season. It’s not meant to go on forever—but to accelerate meaningful transitions.

Consider pausing or changing your coaching path when:

  • You’ve achieved your original goals
  • Sessions feel repetitive
  • You’re craving peer challenge or mentorship instead
  • You’re ready to integrate, not explore

Many of my long-term clients take breaks, then return when the next stretch of leadership appears.
